Reviews
The store entrance is roped off to where you have to enter the store through the exit. Then the whole entry area is roped off to where you are not allowed to enter the store until you are told you are allowed to by the security person that is always standing there. Making an effective mantrap. A person in front of us was not allowed to enter until other shoppers exited, then we were told to wait. No. This isn't Disney World where I expect to wait in lines to ride a ride, this is a retail store where I am shopping to spend my hard earned money. I cannot believe people still shop here with third world country treatment. We were already previously frustrated shopping at Burlington because there were NO carts, and when you have a baby and shopping for goods it is absolutely a miserable and impossible shopping experience. There are other measures to prevent theft, punishing everyone is despicable. Not to mention there are signs saying no public restrooms. How in the world is this okay? Why do people not complain, and just comply? Insane!
Everything is way more expensive now, and it takes forever to check out because they usually only have one employee for the entire store. Place looks like a dump or a yard sale. also, they only let a few people in the store at a time. They make you stand outside the store and wait in line until the security guard lets you in to spend your money. Like I want to spend my time waiting out in the sun for you to let me come in to buy something? Ridiculous - just close the doors and file for bankruptcy.
The store went downhill with all the theft. Now I have to wait to go in. As if I'm the one shoplifting.
This was my favorite Burlington and now it's gone bad. Customers can't walk in through the normal entry, we are required to walk through the exit and then wait to be told we can enter and exit. This store has only 8 or 9 carts, no handbaskets for small purchases. The worst part is after checking out, you can't take the cart to your vehicle to unload. I'm pregnant and I had to leave my unattended cart in the store with my purchases, and make trips to my car with items...
Their was a friendly security guard to great me when I entered. The store is clean and well organized, things are easy to find. I liked the clothing selections good and the prices low; great value. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
Customer service has gone down hill.. they now make u go in /out one door while I may have to wait to enter while only 3 ppl in the store..
On the south side of town you cannot use the restroom. I’m a paying customer and have no permission I’ll be contacting a lawyer
Good selection of many things and at reasonable prices.
